Image of the Day: Smokey Creek, New Zealand
We were enchanted by the volcanic Rotorua area of New Zealand when we visited there in the Summer, err, Winter. Fascinating mix of tropical, alpine, steaming ponds of bubbling mud, vibrant colors and best of all very few people (Winter afterall). Very similar to Yellowstone, I imagine.
