Info:
San Diego voters approved a measure to fund construction of a new convention center in 1983 . Construction of the original building began in March 1987 and was completed in November 1989. An expansion which doubled the gross square footage of the facility was completed in September 2001. In September 2008 the center took steps to acquire adjacent property for an additional expansion

I use Photomatix Pro, some Nikon NX2, Lightroom, Noise Ninja, Topz Adjust and several NIK Plug In…not all at once though!
